Voiso Referral Program – Terms & Conditions

Refer a business to Voiso and you could earn up to $500 in rewards:

$250 after your referral completes a meeting with our sales team
An additional $250 if that referral becomes a Voiso customer and remains active for 3 months

Open to individuals aged 18 or over
Referrers must submit their own details to receive a unique referral link
Referrals must be new, previously unknown Voiso contacts
Referrals must meet Voiso’s qualification criteria (see Section 4)
Voiso employees, their family members, and partners are excluded
Voiso reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant or referral at any stage

Submit your name and business email via the referral form
You will receive a unique referral link
Share this link with a qualified business
Once your referral fills out the Voiso form and completes a meeting, and meets all criteria, you’ll receive your reward(s)

For a referral to be valid, it must:

Be a registered business using a company email address (no free webmail)
Be new to Voiso (not in our CRM or previously contacted)
Require a minimum of 10 user licenses
For regulated industries (e.g., Healthcare, Fintech, Telco, Collections), provide necessary compliance documentation
Have completed a qualified meeting with a Voiso sales rep
Demonstrate genuine business interest in Voiso’s platform, as determined by our sales team (e.g., not purely exploratory or reward-motivated)

$250 once the referral completes a sales meeting — paid within 30 days via Tremendous virtual Visa card
Additional $250 granted if the referral remains a paying Voiso customer for at least 3 months — paid within 30 days after the 3-month milestone
Rewards issued via Tremendous virtual Visa card, delivered by email
No limit to the number of valid referrals or rewards
Voiso reserves the right to alter the reward schedule or end the program at any time
Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or other products
Voiso is not responsible for delays in reward delivery due to technical issues, incorrect contact details, or third-party processing delays
Referrals remain eligible for rewards for up to 6 months from the date of submission
Rewards are non-transferable and must be claimed within 90 days of issuance

Voiso may disqualify referrals if needed, including but not limited to:

All personal data is processed in line with Voiso’s Privacy Policy and relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR)
Referrals submit their own data; referrers should not submit third-party personal information without consent

Any taxes or fees arising from rewards are the responsibility of the referrer. Optimize your tax obligations accordingly

Any taxes associated with receiving rewards are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Voiso does not provide tax advice

Voiso reserves the right to terminate or amend the Referral Program or these T&Cs at any time, with reasonable notice provided
