Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and creative Senior Designer to help shape Voiso’s visual identity and branding. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a strong portfolio showcasing their work, and be a good team player.

Key Responsibilities

• Help develop and maintain Voiso’s visual identity, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Work closely with the product marketing team to build new and existing landing pages and help improve how we visualize our product.
• Work with our social media team to bring the brand presence to a new level.
• Handle print, event participation, email design, performance ads, and everything else the marketing team needs.
• Work with the rest of the team to create a design system that will facilitate asset creation and structure the brand’s look and feel.
• Enhance and enforce brand guidelines to maintain a cohesive and recognizable brand presence.
• Collaborate effectively with each sub-area in the marketing team and cross-team with the product and sales teams, providing guidance, feedback, and support.
• Provide creative direction for design projects, ensuring they meet aesthetic and functional requirements.
• Stay updated on design trends and best practices to keep the brand fresh and appealing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in a senior design role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
• Proficiency in design software, particularly with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to balance creative thinking with strategic and business objectives while considering UX best practices and user habits.
• Leadership skills are considered a plus.
