Sales Account Executive
Role Overview
As an Sales Account Executive at Voiso, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle from identifying leads and qualifying prospects to negotiating deals and closing accounts. Your focus will be on acquiring new B2B clients seeking scalable voice and messaging solutions. This strategic sales role requires strong consultative skills and the ability to navigate complex buying processes while cultivating lasting business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Be THE hunter. Build own sales funnel (cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, professional
network, trade shows). - Bring logo clients.
- Conduct web-based demos and develop materials necessary to accelerate customer acquisition.
- Cultivate lasting business relationships with customers through consultative sales tactics and effective account management practices.
- Participate in conferences. Be the Spoke person for the product.
- Participate in on-site product presentations.
- Identify and create new account relationships from leads, cold calls, and be comfortable with multi-threading tactics.
- Maintain and grow acquired new business to maximize revenue growth, while continuing efforts in new business development.
- Navigate effectively in newly acquired accounts to upsell and cross-sale in solutions based selling approach.
Requirements and Skills
- You will be expected to develop a deep understanding of industry trends and competitive offerings.
- Product expertise. Understanding how our software meets clients’ business goals and demonstrating relevant features for both business and end-user use cases.
- Integration expertise. Explaining how our software integrates with clients’ relevant tools and systems.
- Presentation and communication skills. Delivering product, technical, and integration insights that clear up any confusion or uncertainty.
- Maintaining accurate monthly and half-year forecasts with weekly pipeline reviews.
- Consistently achieving a monthly win rate above 10%.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of sales experience with at least 3 years specifically in Telecom, CCaaS, or CPaaS sales, including hands-on experience with telco products.
- A strong network of contacts within key business verticals is a significant advantage.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset. Self-motivated with a hunter mentality.
- Capable of creating executive presentations for C-level meetings, including ROI and TCO calculations.
- Tech industries background either in previous employment or education.
- Proven track record of pitching to C-level executives, both in-person and online.
- Proficient with web-based demo software and tools.
- Outstanding and convincing verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong focus on new logo acquisition.
- Requires 25% or more travel
