Product Manager
Role Overview
This isn’t a spec-writing, backlog-tending role – it’s a high-impact seat at the product table. AsProduct Owner, you’ll work closely with our engineering and design teams to deliver real valueto real users. You’ll take ideas from insight to execution and help shape the future of voice techand automation in the contact center space.
Key Responsibilities
- Own core product domains: Inbound & Outbound Telephony, AI Dialer, Speech
- Analytics, Billing, Answering Machine Detection, and our Mobile App for Contact Center
- agents
- Work hand-in-hand with a dedicated team: 1 designer, 4-6 developers, and 1-2 QA
- engineers
- Manage and prioritize the team backlog to keep delivery tight and focused
- Collaborate closely with our designer on feature flows, UX thinking, and interface logic
- Partner with engineering leadership to ensure smooth, high-velocity development
- Conduct detailed requirement analyses and manage dependencies
- Support strategic initiatives in collaboration with Product Managers
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a Product Owner or similar technical product role
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Strong sense of ownership, clarity, and an eye for clean execution
- Experience with telephony, voice platforms, or contact center technologies
- Comfortable working in fast-moving, cross-functional environments
- Collaborative mindset, especially when working with designers and engineering leads
- High attention to detail – you think in edge cases, not just happy paths
