General

1.1. These Terms and Conditions (“Promotional Terms”) govern the End of Year Offer 2026 (the “Promotion”) made available by the relevant Voiso contracting entity (“Voiso”) to eligible new business customers.

1.2. The Promotion is available during the period commencing on 20 October 2026 and ending on 31 December 2026 (the “Promotional Period”), subject to these Promotional Terms.

1.3. Participation in the Promotion is subject to the execution of a valid subscription agreement, Master Services Agreement (“MSA”), order form or other applicable contractual documentation with Voiso.

 

Eligibility

2.1. The Promotion is available exclusively to new business customers that have not previously maintained an account with Voiso or subscribed to Voiso services, whether currently active or terminated.

2.2. The Promotion is intended for businesses operating in the following industries:

  •  Foreign exchange (Forex), contracts for difference (CFD) and financial technology (fintech);
  •  iGaming and online gaming operators; and
  •  Outsourced customer support providers supplying services to businesses operating in the industries identified above.

2.3. Voiso reserves the right to verify customer eligibility, including the customer’s business activities, account history and compliance with applicable onboarding requirements.

2.4. Eligibility for the Promotion does not guarantee acceptance as a Voiso customer. All customers remain subject to Voiso’s standard onboarding, compliance and contractual approval procedures.

 

Promotional Discount

3.1. Eligible customers shall receive a thirty percent (30%) discount on the applicable recurring subscription licence fees for Voiso Core and Pro licences during the first twelve (12) months of their subscription.

3.2. The discount applies exclusively to eligible licence fees expressly included in the customer’s executed order form or other applicable contractual documentation.

3.3. The discount shall commence on the subscription commencement date specified in the applicable agreement and shall remain valid for twelve (12) consecutive months, provided that the agreement remains in force.

3.4. The Promotion does not apply to customised or individually negotiated commercial arrangements unless expressly agreed otherwise by Voiso in writing.

 

Excluded Services and Charges

4.1. The promotional discount does not apply to:

  •  Call charges, SMS charges, telephone numbers and other usage-based or metered services;
  •  AI Voice Agents minute packages or pay-as-you-go minutes;
  • (c) The Voiso Unlimited add-on; or
  • Any other products, services, add-ons or charges not expressly identified as eligible under Clause 3.

4.2. All excluded services and charges shall remain payable in accordance with the applicable agreement and pricing arrangements.

 

Minimum Subscription Term and Expiry of Discount

5.1. To qualify for the Promotion, customers must enter into a subscription agreement with an initial minimum contractual commitment of twelve (12) months.

5.2. The promotional discount applies exclusively during the first twelve (12) months of the subscription and shall expire automatically upon completion of that period, without further notice.

5.3. Following expiry of the promotional discount, applicable licence fees shall be charged in accordance with the pricing provisions of the customer’s agreement, without the promotional reduction.

5.4. The expiry of the promotional discount shall not, by itself, terminate the customer’s subscription. Any subsequent renewal or termination shall be governed by the applicable agreement.

 

Acceptance Deadline

6.1. To qualify for the Promotion, the customer must execute the applicable subscription agreement or order form no later than 31 December 2026.

6.2. Quotations, proposals or negotiations initiated during the Promotional Period shall not constitute acceptance of the Promotion unless the relevant agreement is duly executed within the prescribed deadline.

6.3. Voiso shall not be obliged to extend the Promotion beyond the Promotional Period.

 

Non-Combination with Other Offers

7.1. The Promotion cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, discount, incentive or special pricing arrangement offered by Voiso, including the AI Voice Agents launch offer.

7.2. Where a customer may qualify for multiple promotions, only one promotion may be applied to the relevant subscription, as expressly confirmed by Voiso in writing.

 

Regional Availability and Service Restrictions

8.1. The promotional licence discount is available subject to the customer’s eligibility and Voiso’s ability to provide the relevant services in the customer’s jurisdiction.

8.2. AI Voice Agents are not currently available in the United Arab Emirates, the United States or the Asia-Pacific (APAC) regions.

8.3. The regional unavailability of AI Voice Agents does not affect eligibility for the promotional discount on qualifying Core and Pro licences.

8.4. All services remain subject to applicable laws, regulatory requirements, technical availability and Voiso’s standard service eligibility and compliance procedures.

 

Modification or Withdrawal

9.1. Voiso reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Promotion at any time in respect of prospective customers who have not yet executed a qualifying agreement.

9.2. Any amendment, suspension or withdrawal shall not retrospectively affect promotional discounts expressly incorporated into agreements duly executed before such amendment, suspension or withdrawal.

9.3. Voiso may refuse participation where a customer does not satisfy the eligibility criteria or applicable compliance requirements.

 

Relationship with Other Agreements

10.1. These Promotional Terms supplement the applicable MSA, subscription agreement, order form and other contractual documentation executed between the customer and Voiso.

10.2. Except as expressly modified by these Promotional Terms or the applicable executed order form, all other contractual provisions, including payment obligations, service conditions, renewal and termination rights, shall remain unchanged.

10.3. In the event of any inconsistency between these Promotional Terms and the customer’s executed agreement, the executed agreement shall prevail unless the parties expressly agree otherwise in writing.

 

Governing Law

11.1. These Promotional Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the governing law specified in the applicable agreement between the customer and the relevant Voiso contracting entity.

11.2. Any dispute arising in connection with the Promotion shall be subject to the dispute resolution provisions and jurisdiction agreed between the parties in the applicable agreement.
